The Role
Due to continued growth our client is looking to add an internal sales executive to their busy team. Previous experience with security or electronic products would be preferable but not essential as full product training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Offer a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
- Outbound calling to potential leads
- Closing sales over the phone
- Using own initiative to target companies
- Pro-actively call businesses
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Work to achieve monthly targets and company KPIs
- Day to day account management
- General sales admin
Candidate Specification
- Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment ideally in Security, IT, Networking, Telecommunications fields
- Outbound calling/cold calling experience is essential
- Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
- Sales driven with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Results orientated
- PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
Benefits
Salary £28,000 plus uncapped commission
