A mix of face to face and telephone interaction with clients
Responsibilities
- Responsible for undertaking reviews of existing policies for their clients. These will predominantly be commercial policies, but will also include farm, home, motor, and equine. Reviews will be a mix of face to face and over the phone.
- Cross selling the full range of products available, including financial services and risk management services
- Effectively manage your time to balance client reviews, pre and post review work and any other responsibilities
- Maintain and constantly develop knowledge of products and services and keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge

- Able to demonstrate the drive, energy, and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to their valued clients
- A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
- Someone who show initiative and has a ‘can do’ attitude
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills & relationship building abilities
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Be comfortable working in a regulated environment
Qualifications
- Good level of education including a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C including Maths and English
- Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word and Excel
- A full UK driving license is required
- Previous insurance experience
