Fresh Recruit (Herts) Ltd opened its doors in 2015 and occupies a prominent position within Hitchin town centre.

The team at Fresh Recruit believe it is important to know your market, candidates and clients, listen, support and most importantly deliver!

Our experienced consultants offer a consultative non-sales approach to recruitment and have an in depth knowledge of the local market having recruited for large companies, SME’s and family businesses across all sectors.

Louise Alderson – Director

My career started in Recruitment in 2005 and in that time, I have developed a strong loyal client base, many of whom I have been dealing with since I started in Recruitment.

I’ve developed an in-depth knowledge of the local market and have recruited for many sectors including Administration, Customer Services, Industrial, Manufacturing and Engineering.

I pride myself on offering an honest consultative approach to recruitment always looking to best match the needs of both my clients and candidates, to ensure strong trusting relationships.

Dee Bennett – Director

I started my recruitment career in 1989 working for a small independent in Hitchin. I believe I have an excellent reputation within the industry. I am still recruiting for some of the same clients I dealt with back then and helping candidates that I have known for years, having placed them in jobs previously.

I have an in-depth knowledge of the local area and market place and have also established great working relationships with some of the neighbouring recruitment agencies, on occasion working in partnership with them.
I pride myself on being honest, supportive and professional, always working on the best outcome for both the client and candidate alike in what can only be described as a competitive, forever changing environment.
